Terms of Service

1. What VideoFarm is

VideoFarm is a short-form video creation tool for content creators. It writes a 25–40 second script, renders AI voiceover, burns word-synced captions onto matching vertical stock footage, and lets the creator publish the finished video to their own connected TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts.

2. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of VideoFarm (the "Service") by anyone who connects a social media account and uses the Service to create or publish content. By connecting an account or using the Service, the creator accepts these Terms.

3. Accounts and authorization

To publish to TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, the creator authorizes VideoFarm through each platform's official OAuth flow. VideoFarm never sees or stores platform passwords. Authorization tokens are stored only for as long as needed to publish content the creator has configured, and can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings.

4. Content and responsibility

The creator is solely responsible for any content generated or published through VideoFarm, and for ensuring that this content complies with the terms, community guidelines, and applicable law of each target platform. VideoFarm provides generation and publishing tooling; it does not pre-moderate or endorse generated content.

5. Third-party services

VideoFarm integrates with third-party services including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pexels, Pixabay, and large language model APIs. Use of those services is subject to their own terms, and VideoFarm is not responsible for outages or behavior changes on third-party systems.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. VideoFarm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost content, account actions taken by a platform, or missed publication.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated as VideoFarm evolves. Material changes will be reflected at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
